Our Story

Cross Tech Inc was founded with the goal of moving clients beyond brochure websites that were simply flat, two-dimensional calling cards. We wanted something different — something more powerful, and something more experiential.

While most companies were still trying to find a useful purpose for their Website – or in some cases still trying to decide if they even needed one, we were innovating and crafting strategies and solutions that were all about creating an “experience” for users.Still, we felt there was more. So we set out to understand how we could create more value for our clients. If we could help them grow their businesses online and drive measurable results then we knew the art would meet the science. But until recently this goal was partially unreachable.

Then, in 2011, we joined forces with a search firm that specialized in both off-page and on-page SEO. Together we have been able to build exceptional experiences for our clients, drive search traffic, increase stickiness, improve lead generation, and grow sales. We are committed to continue to make results the focus of why we do what we do.

Our Process

At Cross Tech Inc, our process begins with thinking – clearly defining goals, objectives and audiences, and even the fine details of the technical environment. Then we step logically through all of the phases necessary to build and launch a successful digital strategy which include Designing, Building, and Launching. The strategy can be a Search Engine Marketing campaign, a Social Media Campaign, a Marketing Automation program, or a new Website.

While we love technology, we don’t adopt every new widget or gadget for its own sake. Great solutions start with a well thought out plan, because a good plan defies expectations. We want to generate a product and solution that meet or exceed our client’s expectations. Beauty and smarts don’t have to be mutually exclusive. We understand the user’s experience needs to be enjoyable, but it also needs to be useful. So we take the time – sometimes painstakingly so – to capture purpose in the picture, adjust minute details, and get the lint roller out when we need to.
